Family Court Support
is available for anyone leaving a domestic abuse situation and is involved or considering involvement with the family court process can access this free service.

Through the Family Court Support program we are able to provide:
  • information on the family court process
  • assistance in documenting the history of abuse for family court proceedings

The majority of victims of domestic violence are women and children. The FSCW assists clients who are leaving abusive relationships and are involved in the family court process by discussing enhanced safety when leaving the situation, providing education regarding the legal system, linking clients to other appropriate resources, and empowering women to move through the legal process confidently.
