Family Services Employee Assistance Programs

Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP) provide individual, family and couple counselling to employees and their families.  The goal is to promote healthy and productive work environments.  All counselling is completely confidential and the cost is covered by employers who have contracts with us to provide employee assistance services. 

Each contract is different depending on the employer's choice of services. Employers can choose a few key services or a full compliment.

Core Services include:

• performance related referral
• survivors of a layoff
• workplace harassment
• workplace restoration
• mediation
• customized training and coaching
• operational reviews
